Led by resident chef Jack Martin, a Welsh native and trained gastronome, the cuisine at ABC is rooted
in deep attention to the Venetian territory and its natural rhythms. Ingredients are sourced from small local farms chosen for their sustainable practices and respect for the land. Jack is joined by Nathan Cal Danby, a British designer, baker, and cook, who brings a strong background in natural bread-making and a design sensibility that further enriches the identity of the place.
