Temple of Love. Cœur is Gaëlle Choisne’s solo exhibition at Scuola Piccola Zattere, where the artist presents a new chapter of her series inspired by A Lover’s Discourse by Roland Barthes.

Through an approach that combines multiple media, techniques, and materials, Choisne constructs a progressive and ever-evolving narrative that gives shape to spaces of coexistence and collaboration, hospitality and affection. In this chapter of the project, the artist weaves an intimate, generative love dialogue between her own works and a selection of pieces by Haitian artists from the collection of French writer and documentarian Jean Marie Drot.
