On 9 March 2025, the lecture-performance Je Vous Aime was presented at Teatro a l’Avogaria, performed by Diana Anselmo and Sara Pranovi. The work adopts a multimedia approach combining storytelling, slides, and video testimonies in Italian Sign Language (LIS) and Visual Sign (VS), a poetic form of sign language. It addresses issues of audism, phonocentrism, and linguicism, while also engaging with the rewriting of the so-called “literature of the masters”.
