In May 2025, the ABC Zattere restaurant opened, featuring an architectural concept developed by Fosbury Architecture, which explores a dialogue between contemporary design languages and references to Venetian tradition. The interior design integrates a selection of iconic pieces of Italian design, including the Mariolina chair by Enzo Mari for Magis. The visual identity was designed by Giga Design Studio, while the culinary offer is led by Fabio Cavallari (head chef) and Bruno Pappalardo (sous chef), who contribute to defining the gastronomic dimension of the project.
